Background & Experience
Erin Rooney has been involved in commercial real estate since 2003 and in February 2018, she joined NAI United as a Commercial Associate. In 2019, Erin founded NAI United Business Brokerage as its president.
Erin, prior to joining NAI United and forming NAI United Business Brokerage, worked as a Vice President of Commercial Lending in Sioux City, with responsibilities ranging from managing a $60MM portfolio to managing the small business division and training business bankers across six Midwestern states from underwriting tools to lending tips.
Primarily, Erin has spent her career focusing on developing new and expanding business in the Tri-State Siouxland area with various Community and Business Leaders. Commercial Lending involves getting to know your client, underwriting and structuring deals to fit their needs. Erin has taken her knowledge from lending and transitioned into a different seat through Business Brokerage. Erin knows ahead of time what type of financing will be available to you, how to structure deals creatively, and will help with valuations to ensure the closing process goes smoothly.

Erin received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree double majoring in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA.
