Accounting & Finance

Our software also allows us to prepare a full array of clear and comprehensive reports detailing all property income and expenses. Owners are paid quickly and directly to their bank accounts, and can log onto an owner portal to access reports at any time.

Tenant Relations

Our experienced team understands the importance of establishing and maintaining effective communications and a strong rapport with all property tenants. Regularly scheduled property inspections, are designed to maintain full lease compliance and ensure maximum tenant retention. Our property owners enjoy a tenant retention rate of 95%, which contributes towards the increase and stabilization of many property values. Tenants also have an online portal where they can pay their rent online and report maintenance issues to us.
