Lawrence Jensen Joins NAI United as a Commercial Associate

In this position, he will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, while also fostering client relationships to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. With a keen understanding of market trends and a strategic mindset, Lawrence will collaborate with the team to devise innovative solutions that align with client needs, ensuring that NAI United remains a leader in the competitive commercial real estate market.

Jensen is licensed in IA, NE and SD and has significant experience in commercial real estate, particularly in commercial lending. While at Wells Faro he provided financial products and services to companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $1 billion, including those in manufacturing, wholesale, and service sectors. His role at Availa Bank as the local market president allowed him to manage and expand the Sioux City portfolio, with a focus on local real estate transactions and operational entities. Additionally, his entrepreneurial journey involves running a delivery service company with a team of 22 employees in west central Iowa.

Jensen attended the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA and earned a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance.
