During her college years, she took on various leadership roles, including serving as President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organization, and was recognized with accolades such as the 2025 Outstanding Business Senior Award.

In 2024, Craighead launched her career in commercial real estate as an intern at NAI United. She quickly advanced to become a full-time Commercial Associate in 2025, where she is committed to delivering outstanding results and personalized service to her clients.
